According to the results from your gel who killed the cheerleader? how did you reach this conclusion?
The person who killed the cheerleader was Lauren which was suspect number 2 and her DNA matched the DNA strand .
After loading your gel, did any solution remain 1,2,3, and or/4 what could account for any solution remaining in these tubes?
After i loaded my Gel there was solutions remaining although it was not a lot there was some remaining, there could have been solutions remaining if the measurements weren't enough and maybe it wold have gotten the results wrong but in this case im sure that it was accurate in this lab because the results actually matched a persons DNA strand.
What electrical charge did the dyes that you load on your gel carry how do you know?
The dyes that i loaded had a negative charge because when i loaded it into the tray the tray had a positive charge on the bottom and that was the way the dye traveled down the tray because the positive and negative charged attracted.
Why do you think the murdered killed the cheerleader?
I think lauren found out the cheerleader was having a think with her boyfriend which was a football player and then got really angry and things got carried away .

1)gathered solutions CS, V, S1 and S2
2)had to label 4 tubes 1,2,3 and 4 and added 3 uL DI water to each tube
3) Mixed solution CS by shaking the tube a couple of times and then transferred it to to tube one with a micro pipet
4) Mixed the solution V, then transferred it into the tube marked 2 with a micro pipet
5) Mixed solution S1 , then pipetted 12 uL in the tube 3
6)Mixed solution S2 and then pipetted it into the tube marked 4
7) we got the gel tray and placed it into the electropherisis chamber.
8)Filled the chamber with 1X SB buffer solution to al level that just covered the gel from top to bottom
9) Spinned the tubes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the microcentifrudge to pull all the solution to the bottom of the tubes
10) Inserted the Dye Into the gel carefully without having to pinch a hole thru them.

SUMMARY: In this lab their was a killed girl found their was alot of victims and in
this crime scene and none of them where really consistent so they found extra DNA that didn't
belong to the victim killed
and created a DNA strand they got all of the DNAs and connected them as in
compared them and then got the results
